Terms of Service

Payment Methods:

Gear to Wear gladly accepts, Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks! For buys using Money Orders or Cashiers Checks, an invoice will be presented to you at the end of your transaction.

Shipping Terms:

Orders are usually ship within one business day after cleared payment, however items are rarely shipped beyond two business days after cleared payments! Tracking and delivery confirmation is provided with all orders. We use USPS, UPS and Fed Ex foe shipping carriers. Example, if an order is placed and payment is cleared by 6:00Am EST on a Monday, your order will usually be shipped the next day on Tuesday before 5:00PM EST but highly unlikely not shipped later than Wednesday by 5:00PM EST

We combine shipping when possible, and do so for you to save on combined purchases. If combined shipping is desired, please plan to combine payment.

Returns and Miscellaneous:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), please contact us within 5 days of receiving. We will give an RMA number for your return as well as proper labeling for your package.

We will allow returns for full item price (less shipping & handling). Returns must be in exact condition as when purchased.

NOTE New Technology, Software and Consumer Electronics must be factory sealed as sent for a return/refund. Used Technology, Software and Consumer Electronics are not refundable.
